The Google Pixel 8 and the Google Pixel 8 Pro have just been revealed, and you can pre-order both of these devices in Ireland starting today. They pack the latest version of Android 14, the new Tensor G3 chipset, and some of the best cameras you will find in any Android smartphone. Three Ireland already hinted at some pre-order information recently, but you can now pre-order them for real starting today, and you’ll get some pre-order freebies too.
The Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro are direct successors to the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, which were released in October 2022. The new phones Google’s new Tensor G3 chip, as well as improved cameras and a slightly changed design. These are both fantastic devices for the Irish market, and they’re worth at least thinking about as some of the best available options on the market this year.
Pre-order the Google Pixel 8 series in Ireland
The Google Pixel 8 series starts at €799 in Ireland for the base model and €1099 for the Pro. You’ll get a free Google Pixel Watch 2 or Pixel Buds Pro when you pre-order the Pro, and a set of the Pixel Buds Pro for free or €229 off a Pixel Watch 2 when you pre-order the base model. Having used the Pixel Buds Pro, I highly recommend them, and I still love the original Pixel Watch to this day. Battery life and processing speed are two major improvements of the Pixel Watch 2, which will make for a massive improvement.
The Google Pixel 8 series is the latest from Google and packs a Tensor G3, upgraded cameras, and a whole lot more.
You can pre-order the Pixel 8 series through Three Ireland, through the Google Store, or on Amazon. They’ll begin shipping to arrive to consumers on the 12th of October, October. If you want to hold off on these devices until reviews come out, we’ll be sure to update you when we review these devices and test out everything that you need to know!
